Big firms bill partner rates at $400–$800 an hour to project-manage Fast-track applications. Roughly half of that work is coordination, not technical advice. We do the coordination properly for a flat fee at about half their cost.
The independence is the value. We are not competing with the specialists we hire on your behalf — we engage planners, lawyers, ecologists and cultural impact advisors at their published rates with no mark-up.
A big firm engagement is the right call if your project is a portfolio-scale infrastructure programme with multiple consents running simultaneously. For a single mid-cap project, a partner-led engagement is usually overkill.
