Expert panel engagement
Clarification requests, additional information, comment periods. Single point of contact for the panel. Evidence bundle assembly.
Conditions negotiation
Reviewing draft conditions, marking up, negotiating with the panel before decision. Coordinating expert input on technical conditions.
Programme & risk
Critical-path scheduling. Weekly status reports. Live risk register. Budget tracking against fixed fee or milestones.
What we don’t do
The independence is the value.
We don’t give legal opinions or sign-off planning evidence. We don’t replace your ecologist or your iwi liaison. We don’t bill partner rates for chasing emails. We coordinate without competing with the specialists we hire on your behalf.
